For Bryce Vincent, TruePoint isn’t simply another company in the payments industry — it’s the result of 16 years of experience and a belief that business should still be built on a handshake, honesty, and doing what you say you’re going to do.

Throughout his career, Bryce has worked alongside some of the largest banks and organizations in the payment processing industry. That experience gave him an inside look at nearly every side of merchant services — from sales and technology to pricing, customer service, and long-term account management. It also showed him exactly what he wanted to change.

Too often, Bryce watched business owners navigate confusing pricing, hidden costs, smoke and mirrors, broken promises, and relationships that seemed to disappear the moment a contract was signed. Over time, he realized that building a career inside that system no longer aligned with his values. So he decided to build something different.

Bryce founded TruePoint around a simple principle: do business the right way — even when nobody is watching. That means honest conversations, transparent pricing, no games, no disappearing after the sale, and above all, white-glove service that treats every business as if it were our own.

Bryce believes merchant services should be about much more than processing transactions. Behind every account is a real person who took a risk, opened a business, employs people, supports a family, and works hard for every dollar that comes through the door. TruePoint’s job is to protect that relationship and help its clients succeed. That philosophy is why Bryce doesn’t measure success simply by how many businesses TruePoint serves — he measures it by how many relationships TruePoint keeps.

The same philosophy applies inside TruePoint. He believes great companies are built by great people, and he takes pride in developing meaningful relationships with the employees, partners, and professionals who represent the TruePoint name.

Away from business, Bryce is first and foremost a family man, and his family remains at the center of his life and a major part of the motivation behind everything he is building. When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him outdoors — golfing, hiking, camping, or spending time on the water. He also has a genuine passion for cooking and loves bringing people together around great food.

For Bryce, those worlds aren’t all that different from business. Whether it’s family, friendship, leadership, or serving a client, the things that matter most are the same: trust, loyalty, relationships, transparency, and showing up when people need you.

For Jessica Waine, success isn’t measured simply by numbers, accounts, or transactions. It’s measured by people, relationships, and the confidence that comes from knowing someone genuinely has your back.

As Chief Operating Officer and a driving force behind Business Development at TruePoint, Jessica plays an essential role in turning the company’s promises into everyday reality. Her work ethic is second to none, and she brings an incredible ability to navigate an industry that can often feel unnecessarily complicated — from processing platforms and operational systems to vendor relationships, agent support, and merchant needs.

What truly separates Jessica is how much she cares about the people behind the business. At TruePoint, Jessica has made it her mission to ensure that every agent has the training, resources, communication, and support needed to succeed. She believes agents shouldn’t be handed a login and wished good luck — they should have a team standing behind them, helping them understand the systems and giving them the tools to build something they can be proud of.

That same commitment extends to TruePoint’s merchants. To Jessica, a merchant is never just an account number — they’re part of the TruePoint family. Whether she’s helping solve an issue, coordinating with a vendor, supporting an agent, or simply checking in with a customer, she approaches every relationship with patience, accountability, and genuine care.

Jessica is also instrumental in developing and maintaining TruePoint’s relationships with its vendors, partners, agents, and customers.

Away from the office, Jessica’s most important role is being a proud mother. Family is at the heart of who she is and plays a major part in the compassion, determination, and loyalty she brings to her professional life. When she isn’t helping keep TruePoint moving forward, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors, taking on arts and crafts projects, and creating memories with the people closest to her.
